Depending on its caloric value, the FITEAT BASIC diet is ideal for both those who want to lose weight, as well as those who want to healthily gain some. It is also recommended for people who care about a healthy, balanced diet but are not physically active. The diet includes five perfectly balanced meals to be eaten every 3 hours.
