Gluten free

Gluten-free diet, is intended mainly for people suffering from celiac disease or those with a gluten allergy. The menu does not include any products containing this ingredient, even in its concealed form. The Gluten-free FitEat diet eliminates products derived from wheat, rye, triticale, spelt and barley, as well as oats, because of the high risk of contamination of the crop with cereals containing gluten. In order to maintain full balance, so that the diet remains healthy, balanced and supplies essential nutrients, they were replaced by naturally gluten-free products. To ensure the right amount of carbohydrates in the meal, they contain rice, buckwheat, soybeans, millet, corn, potatoes, beans, nuts, as well as fruits, vegetables and meat. The menu can also include millet, nuts, lentils, chickpeas, sesame, flaxssed and sunflower seeds. Apart from traditional dishes made of eggs, fish, meat, fruits, vegetables and dairy, the gluten-free FitEat diet also includes gluten-free snacks and desserts. Rice cakes and corn chips, which are an excellent alternative to traditional salty snacks, while homemade jellies and puddings with potato flour, as well as cakes and cookies baked from the authorized products will perfectly replace desserts.
